Professor Michael Vallely provides comprehensive management of all aspects of adult heart, lung and aortic surgery.
This includes off-pump CABG, valve repair surgery, minimally invasive and robotic surgery as well as pacemaker, defibrillator and CRT implantation.
Professor Vallely works closely with specialists from other disciplines, including cardiologists, anaesthetists, intensive care specialists, respiratory physicians and geriatricians. Treatment of complex conditions is a primary focus. Professor Vallely often treats elderly patients with multiple conditions who need difficult, potentially high-risk surgery.
